Adding Card/Tag

Purpose:

After adding cards or tags to the wireless security control panel, you can swipe the card or tag or arm or disarm all the detectors added to the panel.

Note: Up to 12 cards or tags can be added to the panel.

Steps:

1. enter the Settings page in one of following ways.

   • Option 1

   On the Hik-Connect page, tap the arming status icon ( or if the Hik-Connect page is in list mode, or or if in thumbnail mode ) to enter the control panel page, and then tap to enter the Settings page.

   • Option 2

   On the Hik-Connect page, if the page is displayed in thumbnail mode, tap the device's name or tap .

   • Option 3

   On the Hik-Connect page, if the page is displayed in list mode, slide the panel name to the left and then tap

2. On the Settings page, tap Card / Tag Management > Add New Card / Tag.
3. Present the card to the panel.
4. Enter the card / tag name.

Note: The name should contain 1 to 32 characters.

5. Tap Finish to complete adding.
